Casemod no es nada más que la personalización de la cabina del ordenador, usada para generalmente mejorar en la dotación de potencia del ordenador (que muestra la dotación física interna), y también para las intenciones estéticas. Las cabinas también se modifican para generar una mejor ventilación, así proporcionando a un mejor funcionamiento de la máquina.
